What is Mixology?
Mixology is the art of mixed drinks.
It is based on a delicate balance between all the ingredients, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, which must be chosen with care.
The study of history, techniques and products to be used to make a cocktail is fundamental: it allows you to create innovative drinks, with sophisticated techniques.
The mixologist studies the recipes and the possible interactions between ingredients but also the possible result on the palate of those who sip them.
This is what makes the card offered in a mixology bar unique and unrepeatable.
